FANHS – Fundraiser Events
The holiday season is quickly approaching and the Purdy’s Chocolates fundraiser is a delicious and fun way to raise funds for the school, as well as cross names off your shopping list! There are gift wrapped items available (watch for the red “wrapped” symbol), which are perfect for individuals or businesses giving treats to staff, clients or neighbours.
With every purchase, we receive 25% from each item sold. Funds raised will go toward academic
support to enrich our children’s educational experience through countless initiatives such as artist in residence program, STEM programming support and physical education enhancement due to gym renos.

Click “Join a Group” and enter our Group# 21697. Once set up, you can invite family and friends
to shop online.
2.) Paper Forms:
Please ensure your student’s or family name is on the form. Cheques payable to FANHS.

No Fuss Fundraising
Are you looking to just to donate money? It’s as easy as writing a cheque to the “FANHS”.
Unfortunately, FANHS cannot provide tax receipts however, If you donate directly to the school (“New Horizons School”) you are eligible for one.

This is one of more significant fundraising events for our school. Historically, this event can bring in $20,000 of funding, and has paid for technological upgrades such as IPads, and ChromeBooks.
We need volunteers to participate in the following positions which includes: General Manager, Banker, Cashier, and Chip Runner.
To run the this event, FANHS requires a minimum of 10 volunteers registered, 60 days prior to the event. Please see volunteer details to register.
Scholastic Book Fair
During the Parent-Teacher Interviews, books and other sundries will be sold. The sale will occur in the Learning Commons area.
Admazing Savings (SUTP)
This is a coupon book that features incredible deals on everyday product and services. If you’re looking for great deals on everything from restaurants and recreation to entertainment and travel then this is a book for you.
This is sold as a fundraiser event, and the school will get approximately 50% (less GST)
